    Dear Readers,

To determine whether someone has a stroke you use a simple formula called: F.A.S.T – It stands for Face, Arms, Speach and Time. Now lets analyse how the President fits in this formula.

FACE: Is the person’s facing falling slightly on one side. Those who have seen the President can help us on this one. Analyse the pictures of him carefully.

ARMS: Is the person failing to raise one of his arms. We know that the President is struggling to raise one of his arms and in some cases his entire body according to those who saw him at the burial of Gen. Kazini.

SPEACH: Is someone’s speach blurred or not making sense. Ha, ha, ha. This one is easy to determine. You only have to look at the President’s most recent speaches.

TIME: When you see any of these signs act fast because the sooner you get treatment, the more of the person you save. I’m surprised to learn that since the Buganda Protests, the President has been to the UK 4 times.

I leave the rest to you.
