Elizabeth Musaazi is a daughter of pioneer Muganda politician Ignatius Kangave Musaazi. Nakku Senkeeto says that she is a granddaughter of Jolly Joe Kiwanuka and a great granddaughter of former treasurer (Muwanika) of Buganda Serwano Kulubya. And Edirisa Kironde claims to be first nephew to former Uganda President Yusuf Kironde Lule. The three are leading the effort to recruit American Baganda into NRM, at Uganda taxpayer expense, to extend Mr. Museveni’s direct political power to America. Sources close to the Uganda state house have told us that Mr. Museveni’s government is still interested in UNAA and Ggwangamujje but they think that their best investment is NRM USA where they can directly control the leaders and the political message. Some of the NRM USA leaders, including Twaha Bukenya, Edward Wanda and Edirisa Kironde were on the list of alleged Uganda Government spies which was widely circulated on Internet discussion groups in 2007.
In 2008 NRM USA held major event in Washington DC with direct financial and logistical support from Uganda ambassador to USA, Perez Kamunanirwe. This year their event will be at the Marriott Copley Place Hotel in Boston on September 26, 2009 and president Museveni is expected to attend. A prominent Muganda lawyer in North East USA has told us that it is probably illegal in the US for NRM, a foreign ruling political party, to promote its government policies on US soil. He pointed out that, according to the www.NRMOBoston.com website, their objective is to “shed light on the economic, political and other matters of interest to many Ugandans both in Uganda and in the Diaspora” and expected attendees include “Uganda Government Officials and Policy makers.” The legal expert concluded: “In my humble opinion, what NRM is doing in the USA could well be in contravention of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). And if Baganda victims of NRM policies take this on seriously with the Obama administration, Musaazi’s daughter and her friends could be in serious trouble. They are blindly trying to adopt NRM arrogance here in the USA and that cannot work for long. And, curiously, not single member of the prominent Banyankore or Balaalo family benefiting so much from the NRM rule is involved in this highly risky effort.”
Sources in Mr. Museveni’s state House tell us that from the time of Dan Muliika’s term as Katikkiro President Museveni authorized serious investment in USA organizations controlled by Baganda. He was concerned that if the nationalism which Muliika planted here in Buganda spread to American and European Baganda, his plans for Buganda could fall apart. Baganda who still believe in Mr. Museveni’s style of democracy for Uganda were in control at the Uganda North American (UNAA) and the plan was to ensure that the organization leadership is dominated by NRMs. The bigger challenge was the Ggwangamujje Baganda who, by definition, focus on Buganda interests.
UNAA Baganda are divided between those who support Mr. Museveni’s regime, those who promote opposition parties (DP, FDC, JEEMA, etc.) and those who do not care about the parties but, like the others, have full faith that the current Ugandan democracy is good enough to work with. Uganda state house believes that at least 85% of UNAA members are Baganda, explaining why Mr. Museveni supports and funds UNAA. The president prefers that his candidates win the UNAA elections but even if they lose, he feels confident that he can manipulate and influence the majority of UNAA members.
Ggwangamujje Baganda reject the current political order in Uganda and insist on Federo or even independence if other Ugandans continue to violate Buganda rights and interests. Their major branches are in Boston, New York/New Jersey and London. According to NRM sources, Mr. Museveni does not expect to control Ggwangamujje activities but aims are using plants to simply destroy them from within. Ggwangamujje Boston is by far the largest branch. But some observers also believe that it is the one which Mr. Museveni’s agents have already infiltrated, as shown by the NRM-style atmosphere at its elections two months ago – the elections had to be cancelled. Ggwangamujje NY/NJ is smaller but believed to be the most serious after successfully organizing Ttabamiruka ’07 and Ttabamiruka ’08. As Beti Kamya has said on FM radios several times, she started her current campaign for a new federal style political system for Uganda after “getting enlightened at Ttabamiruka ‘08″. However, the fact that there is no word about Ttabamiruka ’09 up to now has left many Ggwangamujje Baganda all over the world concerned about the health of Ggwangamujje NY/NJ.

Every community has people who feel comfortable being used. That is why some men and women pay for sex where they are caned. It is also why America could recruit moles in the KGB and USSR in the CIA. Baganda just happen to excel at this skill of being used.
You really cannot blame M7 for being smart enough to recruit people who he knows to be weak or have wide family connections in Buganda. Look at how mush M7 has miled from Nsibambi’s links to Namirembe and Bukenya’s inside track with Rubaga via Kisubi. Hey, if you created a BSS (buganda secret service)wouldn’t you look for weak self-hating Bahima like Gureme and acholis like Daudi Ocheng to recruit?
As for prominent banyankore families not exposing their children to the high risk, I think you are too young to know that in 1960’s and 70’s prominent Baganda families also never exposed their children to dangerous work like police, army, spying or killing snakes. There would always be munyarwanda, mulaalo or mukiga ready to do the work. So, why should Kuteesa or Karuhanga expose his son to possible FBI interrogations when Baganda are eager to take the risk, just to shake M7’s hand?

I would like to react to NRM recruiting BAGANDA to spy
and subjugate BUGANDA.
We must not forget that M7 is using mostly BAGANDA with Tutsi blood – Balaalo mothers
This is clearly evidenced by ISO latest appointees Nakku
and Elisabeth.
Elisabeth may be Musaazi’s daughter but the Mother is TUTSI.
However M7 may recruit as many BAGANDA with Balaalo or Tutsi
blood in his quest to eradicate BUGANDA off the map but
ultemately he will fail miserably because BUGANDA is here
to stay.

Mwami oba Mukyala Balyokwabwe, you may onto something.
Kiri funny that these 3 members of “prominent baganda” also have a big infriority complex so they had to tell the whole world who their father, grandfather and great grandfather is. Normally this comes from people who have stand on shaky ground in a family – “black sheep” or “ebikulekule”. I am showing you below how each one described himself or herself on http://www.NRMOBoston.com website.

Sam Ggaliwango,
Talking about Nakku the daughter of Mugambe Kiwanuka.
Mugambe Kiwanuka was my secondly school teacher in Kampala and from solid sources from BUGANDA he had Balaalo blood.
There is also strong suspicion when it comes to Kironde that the Lule’s family had Balaalo family background.
However, it is a pity that M7 is using this tactic of divide and rule to facilitate his TUTSI dream of annexation and replacement of BUGANDA .
Indeed , BUGANDA is going nowhere . BUGANDA is here to stay !

I would request for some enlightenement. Why is it that you folks in the diaspora spend so much time discussing people’s tribal origins. Is it because you have solved all other problems impeding the development of Buganda that you resort to solving the ‘puzzle’ of heritage. How does one’s mother being a Tutsi, Munyankole, Acholi and so on contribute to his/her personality. One would imagine that with your exposure to people from different cultures and backgrounds you would have noticed that people of all backgrounds and tribes are a mixture of honest and dishonest individuals.
To give you a good example, Betty Kamya, whose virtues many of you never tire of extolling is a product of a Muganda and a Kikuyu. Her Children are partly from western Uganda.
Come on people. Mutuyambe by discussing real issues for Buganda. After all it was our forefathers who said that ‘Nyoko abeera ng’munyoro nakuzaala ku kika.’ Derogatory as that saying may appear it summarizes what Buganda ha been, what it is and what it will always be.
I rest my case.

Kigongo Ssentogo,
I guess you should be objective and dig dipper beyond what you see on the surface around you in BUGANDA.
Try to get a bigger picture why the current social , economical and political ground is not levelled in BUGANDA.
The issue here is not peoples tribal origins par sec but the covert and concerted attack using divide and rule tactics or mafia hidden agendas to subdue BUGANDA and decimate BUGANDA as you and I know it.
BUGANDA is openly under attack from several fronts ie
1. The Luwero Genocide where over 3000000 BAGANDA were killed and their properties destroyed to weaken and soften the ground for the current looting and abuse to take place in BUGANDA.
2. Privatisation Programme by the NRM Government that made thousands of BAGANDA to lose their jobs.
3. The demise of coffee and Cotton as income cash crops for the people of BUGANDA was politically motivated as the whole exercise was man made and capitals that used to
import coffee from BUGANDA in Amsterdam , London, New York, Tokyo or Milan still drink coffee on a daily basis.
4. Discrimination of BAGANDA in employment, Schools, police, PGB and the Army.
5. Closing down of BAGANDA banks, Teefe Bank, Ssembule and Greenland Banks are clear examples of subduing BUGANDA.
6.Making it almost impossible for BAGANDA to have a free and Independent Newspaper in BUGANDA.
7.The looming land bill that BAGANDA feel is designed to confiscate and grab land in BUGANDA.
All these stupid exercises and policies are politically motivated and covertly designed to cause social and economic discord in BUGANDA.
However, BUGANDA survived the colonial onslaught during the seventy years the colonialists were in Uganda.
Although on many occassions they wanted to grab land in
BUGANDA with stupid land bills they failed miserably and believe me , so will MUSEVENI !
