On November 26, 2009, Museveni’s Langi minister of Lands, Omara Atubo, told a symposium on decentralization, women land rights and citizenship in Kampala, that: “His highness the Kabaka stopped being the Ssabataka when he was given the 360 square miles by the British.” Milton Obote’s kinsman did not explain to the meaning what the word “Ssabataka” means.
Omara Atubo is Museveni’s current point man in the NRM campaign to put the control of the majority of Buganda land in the hands of Banyankore, Banyarwanda, Bakiga and other foreigners. In private, like Milton Obote and Yoweri Museveni, Omara Atubo is known to passionately despise Baganda. According to a reliable source: “Omara Atubo has only UPC blood in his and veins the idea of working for a Munyarwanda, Museveni. However, because he hates Baganda so much, he is willing to work with devil to destroy the Kabaka.”
What our source told us is consistent with another statement that Atubo made on Novermber 26, 2009. He said: “In 1992 it [restoration of kingdoms] was debated and I warned the government about the restoration of the monarchies. What would be the role of the cultural leaders if they were restored?” He then claimed that problems relating to the political aspirations of Baganda shall be resolved by the Regional Tier law which will be passed soon.

Thanks for this article! I have severally read about this former UPC turncoat and at times heard him blurting about issues and three conclusions about him and his former UPC party come forth thus:
1) This man is a total idiot;
2) This man is a Baganda hatemonger;
3) This man has successfully managed to hit the last nails in the coffin of UPC party in Buganda. He is the real devil incarnate of Kawenkene Obote.
But I need to inform this buffoon that there are certain things that cannot be changed however much the Atubos of this world love to. Atubo and all those who think like him both in the UPC and its affiliate party NRM-0 can never ever change he facts of history of Buganda and Uganda. This buffoon proudly calls himself Ugandan without remembering that the suffix -GANDA on the prefix U is as a result of the great civilization of the Kingdom of Buganda upon whose foundation Uganda rests. Without the great civilization of the Baganda and the Kingdom of Buganda,both of whom he loves so much to hate, that buffoon would never ever be what he is today. He would probably still be in a cave roaming around naked like a crazy monkey. The likes of this man ought to remain forever indebted to the Baganda and the Buganda Kingdom for pulling them out of primitivity rather than resort to hopeless hate-mongering started by their god-father Kawenkene Milton Obote against the Baganda and the Buganda Kingdom.

Personally when I look at this malwapot-looking chimp under the names of Omara Atubo, the fool Tinyefuza lashed and made to crawl on his stomach a couple of years ago like he a snake, I feel like throwing up.
