According to the highly popular Ekiba Kibe program which broadcasts over multimedia SMS messages, the Ugandan dictator, Yoweri Museveni suffered a stroke recently.  Buganda  Post has not yet been able to independently confirm the story. However,  hours after the initial broadcast, it on Saturday, it has spread like fire to Baganda all over the world, including back home in Buganda.

Ekiba Kibe program says that the East Africa’s pre-eminent warlord suffered the stroke in the November/December timeframe. And since then, he is keeping to wearing suits of a certain style, to hide the serious stiffness that he developed in his arm.  The Luganda SMS radio further states that up to now, Museveni’s recent stroke has been Uganda’s top national secret.
