Kabaka’s Representatives Send Intriguing Press Release On UNAA

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , ,

On July 23, 2010 we received a copy of the press release came from Kabaka’s representatives in North America. We have confirmed that it is genuine. The representatives refer to a communication from “the Buganda Kingdom Administration” without making it clear if it is Katikkiro or Kabaka they are talking about.  It does not say if the communication was by phone, email or letter. However, our sources with deep knowledge of Mmengo has assured us that, if the representatives were talking about the Buganda Government, then all official communication must be in writing and signed by the Katikkiro or other authorized official.

Interestingly enough, the Kabaka’s representative to Washington DC and UNAA promoter, Fred Kalema-Musoke did not sign the press release. We have not yet been able to establish if was not available to do so or if he was simply rejecting the position of the “Buganda Kingdom Administration” (Kabaka, Katikkiro or both). Another point of possible confusion is that the press release was sent out on Jul 23, 2010 but it is dated July 24, 2010.

Matovu Teams Up With Essa For Zambia

Tags: , , , , , , ,

Matovu_Jul10AMoses Matovu, a Muganda and arguably one of the top co-drivers in Africa, will team up with young Zambian talent Mohammed Essa for the forthcoming Zambia International Rally, the penultimate round of the 2010 African Rally Championship.

Matovu, who recently stepped down from a World Rally Championship seat with Peter Horsey due to work commitments, will now call the notes for 21 year old Essa for an event that they both know well. Essa is a double National Rally Champion in his Subaru Impreza N11 and after narrowly missing the win on this event 12 months ago the young talent will be gunning for overall honours.

Moses is looking forward to being back in action; it’s been a long time since WRC Rally Portugal, my last event, but I’ve always enjoyed Zambia and it’ll be good to challenge for a good result! Mohammed is a proven package and so it should be a good weekend!

The 2010 Zambia International Rally is the fifth round of the FIA African Rally Championship and consists of three days of high octane rallying action around Lusaka. The rally begins with a popular super special stage in the heart of the capital on Friday. From there the competitors face a number of challenging sections around the Chisamba region for the next two days before returning to Lusaka for the ceremonial finish on Sunday afternoon.

Competition Between UNAA and UADA Heats Up, Ssenkumba Accused of Hiding In Bu

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Late last week, source who we know to be pro UNAA sent us an email claiming that the president of the Ugandan Diaspora and American Development Association (UADA) is hiding in Buganda after California courts issued a warrant for his arrest.  When our agent in Boston inquired with a UADA source,  she said that she heard of similar rumours but claimed it was the UNAA trying to spoil Mr. Ssenkumba’s name.  However, she hinted that Mr. Ssenkumba’s accusers could be mistaking him with his business partners, Kabukuru and Erica Mukasa who had some “minor problems with the law last year.”

Following the tip from our Boston source we found out from the United States District Court, Central District Of California, that, in fact, Erica Mukasa (42) and Julius Kabukuru (38) were imprisoned late last year. They were arrested in August 2009 on Federal charges of:  CONSPIRACY, ENCOURAGING OR INDUCING ALIENS TO ENTER OR RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES ILLEGALLY, and IMPROPER ENTRY BY ALIEN.

So far it appears that Mr. Ssenkumba is a victim of the ruthless Uganda style politics between UNAA and UADA. UADA was started by 2009 UNAA presidential candidate Flex Kabuye after losing the election to Moses Wilson. Within a few months Kabuye was kicked out of his own party for still unclear reasons. Los Angeles based William Ssenkumba who became the new president and has provided major funding.

In the meantime, only last week Mr. Ssenkumba appointed a minister in the Buganda Government, Owek. Nakiwala Kiyingi to be UADA’s representative in Kampala. She is expected to be charge of local registration arrangements for the UADA convention in September 2010. Interestingly, at UNAA Chicago in September 2009, minister Kiyingi appointed Mr. William Ssenkumba as a Buganda Tourism Commissioner in the USA.  Now, Mr. Ssenkumba and Owek. Kiyingi are bosses to each other. This strange arrangement may become a minor concern for Kabaka’s Government if the rumours about Mr. Ssenkumba were to be true.

Moses Wilson Violates Baganda Taboo, Publically Boasts Of Direct Access To Nnabagereka

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

moses_wilson2In a show of unheard of bravery in Buganda, the Chairman of NRM funded UNAA, Mr. Edward Wilson has publically boasted to thousands of Baganda on the Internet that he has the “ability and access to talk directly with the Nnabagereka herself.”  Mr. Wilson boasted in an email he sent to several Baganda Internet discussion groups. Because some of the discussion groups have hundreds of members, which means that, since he doesn’t really know their members, he probably intended to make sure that every Muganda he can reach should know about his influence over the Nnabagereka.

The Washington D.C. based Muganda elder who forwarded Mr. Wilson’s email to Buganda Post included the following comments in Luganda: “Banange mulabe obugwenyufu webutuuse mu bana Yuganda. Ani yali awulidde omusajja omuganda, wadde munamawanga ategeera ebya Buganda nga yewaana mu lujjude nti yetukira buterevu ewa  muka Beene? Ekyo kkive mu Buganda! Era Wilson kirabika musajja muzira kufa, kubanga tatya kunyiiza Baganda obukadde omukaaga. “ (“Friends, look how far stupidity has reached among Ugandans. Who has ever heard of a Muganda man, or even a foreigner sensitive to Buganda culture, publically boasting about having direct access to Beene’s wife? Clearly Wilson is a very brave man, because he is not afraid of making six million Baganda angry at him.”

On April 18, 2010, Buganda Post reported that Baganda in the diaspora were concerned about a press release by UNAA that Nnabagereka would be the guest speaker at UNAA (see “Diaspora Baganda Concerned About Nnabagereka Going To UNAA”).  Also on April 18, 2010, Mr. Kabuye of Ekiba Kibe program on Free Buganda Radio warned UNAA to stop “massaging the a lion’s teeth” (Click on Ekiba_Kibe18Apr10A to listen or see “Story About Nnabagereka Going To UNAA Is Bogus, Robert Kabuye“). Apparently, one nationalist Muganda whose name is not disclosed, reacted to all that and sent an email to a Baganda discussion group to say that Wilson’s press release is not genuine.  It was in response to that email from the patriotic Muganda that Mr. Moses Wilson violated a centuries old taboo in Buganda and told the world that he is buddies with the Kabaka’s wife.

Mr. Wilson’s brave action came at a time when UNAA seems to be having serious public relations and financial problems which could allow NRM to decide its fate. Our sources tell us that registration is far below the usual at this time because of the large number of Baganda who plan to attend Ttabamiruka instead. We have also been told that within the organizers, there fear that NRM operatives will find a way to embarrass Nnabagereka, to pay for what happened to Janet Museveni in Chicago.  Mr. Wilson’s appearance to join the NRM’s campaign to break all taboos that make Baganda special, such as never to publically talk about personal relationships with Kabaka’s wives, is expected to hurt UNAA further.  Many Ugandans who do not wish to be associated with any form of cultural genocide against Buganda might have trouble going to UNAA.  It is also difficult now for the Mother of Buganda herself to attend UNAA and help in the NRM’s cultural genocide against her own family.

The email from Mr. Moses Wilson and the discussion group posting by the unnamed patriotic Muganda are both reproduced below:

Folks,

This statement illustrates the difference between only having access to ”generally reliable” 2nd or 3rd hand sources somewhere in the Kabaka’s Palace and having both the ability and access to talk directly with the Nnabagereka herself.

I too saw this story below on Buganda Post (http://www.bugandapost.com/main/archives/2099 ) had seen other mailings to the same effect. However, on making some inquiries from generally reliable sources about the Naabagereka’s itenerary, I have come understand that the whole thing is just a marketing gimmick, as no one responsible in the Kabaka’s Palace has any idea about it.

Until we hear otherwise, disregard this hoax: the Nnabagereka’s Office is not nearly as naive and/or inept as these silver-tongued snake-oil salesmen would have you believe.

Story About Nnabagereka Going To UNAA Is Bogus, Robert Kabuye

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

nnabagereka_1Radio Free Buganda has clarified that the announcement by Moses Wilson that Nnabagereka Sylvia Nnagginda will be the keynote speaker at UNAA Washington is bogus. In the April 18, 2010 Ekiba Kibe programme, the anchorman, Mr. Robert Kabuye, explained that Wilson’s announcement is a scam to help UNAA register Baganda. Kabuye said:  “Abakulu abamu abategeka kwekuli omukulu eyeyita omulangira, Kalema Musoke, omukulu eyeyita family ya Kabaka, Moses Wilson, omukulu eyeyita Zabasaja nga ye Zabasaida, ne mukyala we. Bagenda bagamba abantu ku Facebook nti Maama wa Buganda y’agenda okubeera omugenyi omukulu mu bintu byaabwe ebya Museveni ebya UNAA. Teli atakimanyi nti UNAA ya Museveni. Era bazeemu okukozesa obukodyo bwebumu obwa Museveni.” (“Some of the oreganizers are Kalema Musoke, who says he is a prince, Moses Wilson, who claims to be a close relative of the Kabaka, Mr. Zabasaida, who calls himself Zabasaja and his wife. They tell people on Facebook that the mother of Buganda will be the chief guest at Museveni’s UNAA. Everyone knows that Museveni owns UNAA. They have started to use Museveni’s dirty tactics once again.”

Kabuye asks: “Lwaaki temulanga muka Museveni nti yajja? Lwaaki muyingirira byaffe ebya Buganda? Mwagala otukubya emizimu emiggo!” (“Why don’t you use Mrs. Museveni? Why do you meddle in Buganda affairs? Do you want the spirits of Buganda ancestors to punish us?”) He tells the UNAA team to stop spreading  false stories about the Nnabagereka and to stay out of Buganda affairs. Kabuye advises them to invite Mrs. Museveni. According to Mr. Kabuye’s, when they play with the Nnabagereka name, they are massaging the lion’s teeth. Finally The he demands that Omulangira Kalema Musoke must make clear where his loyalty is – Buganda or UNAA – and assures his listerners that Abaana ba Kintu will certainly stop the dirty tacktics against the Nnabagereka. MR. Kabuye vows to stop any attempt to connect the Nnabagereka institution with UNAA.

Diaspora Baganda Concerned About Nnabagereka Going To UNAA

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

We have received several inquiries and complaints about a press release that is circulating on the Internet and announcing that the mother of Buganda, Nnabagereka Sylvia Nnagginda, will be the key note speaker at the 2010 UNAA convention in Washington DC, USA. The press release came from the email of Moses Wilson the president of UNAA.

To honor the Nnabagereka institution, Buganda Post shall not publish any of the very strong opinions that Baganda may express about Mr. Wilson’s press release.  However, we can report that some Baganda in USA are extremely concerned that, after failing to compromise Kabaka Mutebi, the NRM is using the UNAA to set up his wife for a major embarrassment. The NRM is the UNAA’s biggest funder and Perez Kamunanirwe, NRM’s ambassador in the USA and Kabaka’s representatives in the USA engineered the deal for UNAA.

If Nnabagereka Sylvia Nnagginda goes to the UNAA convention in Washington DC, she could land in the middle of the increasingly controversial politics of Uganda American community, which is fast breaking apart. During the 2009 UNAA convention in Chicago, there was strong evidence of NRM style vote manipulation. Besides vote theft, the NRM government flew over 300 operatives to the USA to vote for Moses Wilson.  Besides the election problems at UNAA Chicago, Baganda made Mrs. Museveni extremely and visibly angry when they told her that her she and her husband were the most corrupt presidential family they had ever seen.

Wilson’s win split the UNAA organization into camps of Frank Musisi and Flex Kabuye supporters. Later, new organizations to compete with UNAA were created, including UADA and UDII. Many other Baganda simply woke up and totally abandoned UNAA/NRM style politics and joined the movement to liberate Buganda (“Buli mbuzi ku nkondo yaayo”).  Recently UADA announced that they would hold their own convention in Boston on the same dates as UNAA.  And most Baganda fed up with UNAA/NRM are expected to go Ttabamiruka ’10 because it focuses on Buganda issues.

PRESS RELEASE

HRH Sylvia Nagginda, Nnabagereka of Buganda, to give Key Note Speech at

2010 UNAA Convention in Washington, DC

The Ugandan North American Association (UNAA) is pleased to announce that the Key Note Speaker at its upcoming 22nd Annual Convention in Washington DC will be Her Royal Highness Sylvia Nagginda, Nnabagereka of Buganda.

The Nnabagereka is the Patron of the Uganda Cancer Research Foundation and will be leading a delegation from this organization that will host a forum on its work at the UNAA Convention on Saturday September 4th, 2010.

HRH Sylvia Nagginda, The Nnabagereka of Buganda

The restoration of the Kabakaship in 1993 heralded the genesis of a new Buganda. It gave the Baganda a new sense of purpose and a vision towards a common future. The Nnabagereka (Her Royal Highness, the Queen), who is the wife of the Kabaka (King of Buganda), is considered the mother of the Kingdom and a symbol of unity for the Baganda.

There is a new and significant role HRH Sylvia Nagginda, as the wife of the Kabaka, has to play in the Kingdom. Since there had never been an office of the Nnabagereka, its inception in September 1999 was a new and very crucial phenomenon.  The Nnabagereka has a mission to lead a meaningful resuscitation of human, family and traditional values and sustained improvement in the social and economic welfare of the people. As a “mother” of the Baganda, the Nnabagereka spearheads the task of encouraging, sensitizing and mobilizing the general population.

HRH Sylvia Nagginda belongs to the Musu clan (Wild Rat) and comes from the Sebugwawo family in Nkumba-Entebbe. She was born in the United Kingdom and studied in both Uganda and the United States of America where she lived for more than 18 years before returning to Uganda to become wife to the Kabaka in 1999

HRH Sylvia Nagginda is the first Nnabagereka (Queen) in the history of the Buganda Kingdom to set up a fully-fledged Office, a very crucial phenomenon that has greatly complimented the ongoing development work in the Kingdom and Uganda at large. Her main focus areas are early childhood care and development; education for the girl child; vocational training and employment for the youth; empowerment of women, health issues particularly regarding the prevention and cure of childhood diseases, nutrition, and sexual reproductive health including the prevention of HIV/AIDS.  Touched by the expanding impact of cancer on the people in Uganda, especially among children and women, HRH is shining new light on the fight against this disease.

A pillar of development, Her Royal Highness established the Nnabagereka Development Foundation (NDF) in 2000. The Foundation is a charitable Non-Governmental Organization whose mission is to restore the vitality of Buganda and Uganda at large by marshaling community and household human resources for social and economic development. The Nnabagereka is a Patron of several organizations including the Christian Children’s Fund (CCF) Uganda, Special Olympics Uganda, Conservation Through Public Health (CTPH), and the Uganda Cancer Research Foundation (UCRF), for which she is also a Founder Member and Patron.  She is also a Good Will Ambassador for the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA).

Held in high esteem and commanding a lot of respect among Ugandans, the Nnabagereka has worked passionately to fulfill her vision of uplifting the people’s standards of living. She has played a major role in sensitizing and mobilizing the general population on issues of education, health, poverty eradication, culture preservation, and has graciously supported and empowered marginalized groups as the youth, women and persons with disabilities.

Matovu Retires From Podium Position In Tanzania

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , ,

moses_matovuFeb10Tanzanian based international rally co-driver Moses Matovu experienced a fraught start to his 2010 FIA African Rally Championship season when he and driver Jas Mangat retired their Subaru Impreza N12B from a podium position with overheating issues.

The pair, who were teamed up for the first time on the Kobil Rally of Tanzania, experienced handling issues on the first full day of rallying and ended the leg in fourth position, a mere eight seconds off the podium.  However overnight adjustments to their car, running on a 33mm restrictor for the first time, transformed the handling and the pair were back on the pace on Sunday morning.

A pair of second fastest times elevated Mangat and Matovu into third overall but the rough nature of the stages took their course when the radiator was damaged and they were forced out of the event within sight of the finish!

Moses: This is the second rally in two weeks that I have retired from whilst holding onto a podium position! Our pace on Sunday was brilliant and Jas and I had a good time until the radiator was damaged! I am now looking forward to continuing my training with Peter ahead of our WRC debut!

Moses now heads off to the UK to begin preparations for his World Rally Championship debut alongside Peter Horsey. After an intensive training session in Scotland Matovu will return to Uganda to compete alongside rallying legend Emmanuel Katto for the opening round of the Ugandan Rally Championship!

Bidandi Ssali’ s Musician Son Shot By Uganda Police

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Bebe_Cool1The son of former Museveni confidant and Local Government minister Jaberi Bidandi Ssali was shot five times on Saturday night. Muganda artiste Moses Ssali, aka Bebe Cool, narrowly escaped death when a member of a special NRM government militia called Special Police Constables pumped five bullets into him. The SPC member, Alfred Achikane, also shot a regular policeman who was with Ssali and two civilians in Bebe Cool’s group.

Shortly after Bebe Cool’s shooting the police released a report that the singer was shot in a scuffle with police. They did not explain why the regular policeman who was moving with Bebe Cool or why more than 10 rounds of bullets had been fired at unarmed people. Bebe Cool quickly refuted the Police claims. Then on Tuesday the Rwandan chief of the Uganda police, Kalyekezi Kayihura, went to visit Bebe Cool at Nsambya Hospital, where the musician was telling his vistors that he had reported to Kayihura days before that some unknown people were making phone threats on his life.

Ssali’s shooting comes exactly three months after the unexplained death of the son of another Muganda politician and former Museveni confidant, current vice president Gilbert Bukenya. The vice president’s son died in an suspicious road accident while travelling from a military training camp in Ssingo county. Brian Bukenya was a lawyer and, like Museveni’ s son Muhoozi Kainerugaba, was going to attend the elite British military academy, Sandhurst. At Brian Bukenya’s funeral in Kakiri, Busiro county, president Museveni promised an investigation, saying: “If you analyse, you will find something wrong. Either the driver slept, or they were over speeding, or those two, plus not having seatbelts on.” The investiagtion has never started.

The SPC is a semi-trained extra legal militia that was created by Museveni to ease unemployment for those former army personnel and redundant youths with strong connections to the NRM. Members of the SPC are notorious for their frequent and liberal use of guns against civilians. For example in February 2009, SPC Paul Bayiga, stormed into Kaloke Christian High School in Nakaseke, Bulemeezi county, and shot two students who were leading a strike over poor food and other complaints.

During the first weak of October 2009, a Muganda taxi driver Fred Mugenyi from Kisimbanyiriri village Buddu county was shot dead by SPC Joachim Kugonza for trying to run away from traffic police who asked him to show his driving license. The police commander, Kayihura, personally visited the family, admitted that the shooting appeared to be a murder, apologized and compensated them with Shs 1M, 100kg of maize floor, 100kg of beans and 50kg of sugar.

UNAA 2010 Convention May Not Happen

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , ,

According to an email which was forwarded to info@bugandapost.com by a Boston resident, UNAA is swimming in debt. We have independently confirmed that new UNAA president, Mr. Moses Wilson did send the SOS email telling the organization’s current and past leaders that they were over $50,000 in debt.

Based on Mr. Wilson’s email, it appears like the future of UNAA Washington DC in September 2009 is questionable. He specifically mentions that he sees problems with paying certain deposits in time.

Mr. Wilson’s email is reproduced I full below:

From: WILTEC10@aol.com
Date: Tue, 10 Nov 2009 22:20:55 EST

Subject: Urgent appeal for help with fund raising

Members of UNAA Boards of Directors 2007-2009 and 2009-2011,

It is unusual for the current UNAA President to jointly address both the current and immediately past UNAA Boards of Directors, but circumstances make this necessary.

The current UNAA BOD inherited an outstanding debt of over $50,000 (outstanding debt to the Chicago Marriott hotel, registration refunds, etc.)and a severely depleted bank account. It is encouraging to note that several members of the immediately past UNAA BOD are working with the Marriott to identify and eliminate unauthorized charges or, in some case, duplicated charges on the bill. However, the reality is that the current BOD will still be left with a an outstanding debt in excess of $45,000.

Last week, the Chicago Marriott issued a notice demanding immediate payment of their portion of this debt but the simple fact is that UNAA does not have the resources to cover it. We have promised the Marriott a payment of $10,000 this week while we try to negotiate a scheduled payment plan.

In addition to this debt, the current BOD also needs to secure funds to pay for deposits and other ancillary expenses associated with next year’s convention in Washington DC. Most urgently, an $8,000 deposit for the boat cruise is due within the next 7 days. Just so you all understand the urgency in this respect, of the 3 possible boats that could have accommodated our needs (minimum 300 passengers leaving from National Harbor), two have already been contracted for on that date leaving us with just 1 alternative. If we don’t contract for this boat in the very near future, we may find ourselves without a boat big enough for us to host a boat cruise at next year’s convention.

To this end, I am appealing to every member of both the current and immediately past UNAA Boards of Directors to help with fund raising so we can meet these urgent financial obligations.

As the current UNAA President, I took the initiative to lead by example and made a personal loan of $5,000 to the organization this afternoon. However, with what limited resources we do have in our account, we still need to raise another $7,000 within the next few days.

Not since the 2001 convention has UNAA faced financial challenges such as it is facing now. Back then, several members of the outgoing BOD loaned the organization funds to cover the outstanding debt and several members of the incoming BOD loaned the organization funds to make the initial payments necessary to host the subsequent convention in Las Vegas. The need today is equally urgent and I am appealing to you for help.

For those of you who have asked to see the UNAA financial records for the past few years so as to better understand how the organization got to this state, I am happy to report that the UNAA Treasurer will be releasing the organization’s 2008 statements in the next few days and the 2009 (as of September 30th) soon thereafter.

Sincerely,

Moses R. Wilson

Questions About 2010 Uganda American Conferences As UNAA Starts DC Plans

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

On November 4, 2009, one Caroli Mpoza sent an email to the Uganda Community in Washington DC, inviting them to the first meeting on UNAA Washington DC 2010. Mr. Mpoza identified himself as UNAA DC Planning Committee Chairman. For those who needed further information Mr. Mpoza suggested that they contact him or Omulangira Fred Kalema-Musoke or Omulangira Michael Kimbugwe (Kalema’s son). Fred Kalema is the Kabaka’s representative in the Washington DC area.

Mpoza’s email did not sit well with a large section of Baganda in the Washington DC area, who do not recognize Mr. Moses Wilson as the fairly elected president of UNAA because they insist that he beat Lt. Frank Musisi with the help of NRM style vote rigging. James Kabonge, a long-term resident of Washington DC represented some of these upset Baganda when he responded to Mpoza’s invitation with a tough “shut up already” email on November 5, 2009. Not mincing words, Kabonge said, “I am disappointed in all of you who are supporting the current UNAA-NRM administration, and even helping them to plan 2010 convention,” in reference to Moses Wilson’s administration. Kabonge further promised:  ”I am going to work to see a change in Uganda , and NRM government extension worldwide, and I ask peace and non corrupt Ugandans to join me in this mission.”

The two emails from Caroli Mpoza and James Kabonge are reproduced at the end of this story.

In the meantime, Flex Kabuye, who was a distant third in the UNAA vote for president, went ahead and formed his own breakaway alternative to UNAA by early October,2009. According to sources in Texas, Kabuye, who is widely called “Seya” due to his weak command of the English language, has already started plans for his own Uganda conference in September 2010. The conference is reportedly planned for Atlanta, Georgia and further details are expected to appear on his website www.flexkabuye.info.

Although Kabonge did not reveal if and where he and his supporters might hold a Uganda conference, many Baganda in North America and Europe are raising questions about 2010 Ugandan conference in North America.  It is not clear how many Ugandan conferences will be held and what  issues they will focus on. Becuae the political situation in Uganda is also very volatile, it is difficult even to guess how much the NRM will invest to influence or scatter any of the Uganda meetings.

Based on the emails we have received about the UNAA split, it appears that a growing number of Baganda are losing faith in the ability of UNAA, FDC, DP or UPC or the Uganda Parliament to help Buganda out of  NRM “captivity”. For example, one email said: “In Chicago I thought that Buganda issues were at last getting some attention. But after seeing over 100 NRMs, DPs and UPC from Uganda come to influence the vote, I think that neither UNAA nor DP or FDC can deal with my interests as a Muganda.”

In a related development, on November 14, 2009 the organizers of Ttabamiruka distributed an email promoting the Buganda Conference on December 17, 2009. The email also said that Ttabamiruka ‘10 “will build on the outcome of the Buganda Conference.” More details about Ttabamiruka ‘10 are found on their website at www.ttabamiruka.com.

Mr. Mpoza
UNAA RNM Fruad and Corrupt
DC Planning Committee Chairman

It is an insult to me and a lot of Ugandan to legitimize the current UNAA-NRM Administration and even to make it worse, to support them in planning a UNAA-NRM convention in my backyard.

We are fighting corruption, fraud and democracy, and yet we are supporting UNAA-NRM Chicago corrupt and fraud administration.

I am disappointed with friends, and people I know nation wide, who are claiming that they want to see a change in Uganda and yet they are the key supporters or participants of UNAA-NRM DC convention and their agents. Museveni/NRM is laughing at us.

How can we change Uganda if we are supporting what went on in Chicago ? How can we complain about Museveni’s corruption and voter fraud and yet we allowed the fraud that he exported from NRM in Uganda to Chicago convention?

We are condemning Museveni, yet we are supporting his agents and their actions, in my poor understanding of life ” that is double standard”

As one of the founding member of UNAA, I am disappointed in all of you who are supporting the current UNAA-NRM administration, and even helping them to plan 2010 convention. Some of you have been in New York , Boston , and DC demonstrations against Museveni’s Government for corruption, fraud, and democracy and, yet you are supporting his Government extension in America which UNAA-NRM, THIS IS WRONG.

In the demonstrations, some of had signs saying that MUSEVENI MUST GO, yet you are now  saying MUSEVENI WE LOVE SO MUCH AND WE ARE SUPPORT YOUR UNAA-NRM  GOVERNMENT EXTENSION HERE IN USA, ” this is wrong and we are watching.

I am going to work to see a change in Uganda , and NRM government extension world wide, and I ask peace and non corrupt Ugandans to join me in this mission.

Charity begins at home, let us start with UNAA-NRM administration, and end up in Lwakitura.

MUSEVENI MUST GO, AND MUSEVENIS’S EXTENSION GOVERNMENTS MUST GO.

Mr. Mpoza please take me off your UNAA-NRM FRAUD CORRUPT DOUBLE STANDARD CONVENTION PLANNING MAILING LIST, IT IS AN INSULT TO ME TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE GROUP.

Good Luck, the world is watching
