On April 6, 2010 Buganda Post reported about an interview on that Mr. Robert Kabuye of SMS based Ekiba Kibe program did with a man who calls himself Ntare and claims to be a Rwandese former soldier in both Uganda and Rwanda (see”Rwandese Man Tells Ekiba Kibe That Museveni Is Robbing Buganda Land”).  Ntare claimed that Rwandese men like Kananura and Mugumya have huge sums of money that they were using to buy all available land in Buganda.

Next day, on April 7, 2010 Mr. Kabuye brought Ntare back to Free Buganda Radio to continue the interview. Among other things, Ntare confirmed that Kananura is a Rwandese man who used to sale used clothes at Nabugabo, Kampala.  He also revealed that Kananura was in Museveni’s NRA but his main objective was to support Rwanda’s RPF army. Ntare also said that Museveni is quite afraid of Baganda because he knows that they have money.

In another Ekiba Kibe broadcast on April 7, 2010, Mr. Kabuye tells his listeners about how the NRM occupation government gave many Rwandese and other foreigners Kiganda names as part of long-term plan to use the fake Baganda to grab Buganda land.

OnApril 6, the man who claims to be a Rwandese former soldier  in Uganda and Rwanda told Free Buganda Radio listeners that while Baganda are busy mourning the loss of Kasubi Tombs, Museveni’s people are busy stealing Buganda land. The man who says his name is Ntare told the host Ekiba Kibe program, Robert Kabuye, that Rwandese men like Deeze Kananura and Mugumya are carrying out Museveni’s plan to buy up all available Buganda land using taxpayer money. When Kabuye asked him to explain, Ntare said that Kananura is the same as Kalemera and “these people are not Ugandans, they are not even Banyankore but Museveni’s  Rwandese agents.  Ntare’s statements amount to accusing Museveni’s NRM government of setting the Kasubi Tombs fire as a diversion so his people can massively grab Buganda land without any resistance.

Ntare explained that Museveni is buying up Buganda land using mafia tricks because he already put it in his constitution that whoever has evidence that they bought a plot of land is automatically the legal owner, even if the plot was stolen property. He seems to say that Museveni has brought many Rwandese in Uganda who, after grabbing Buganda land by all means possible then pose as Baganda who then sell to fellow Rwandese.

A man who claimed to be a Rwandese former soldier in both Uganda and Rwanda, went on SMS based Free Buganda Radio and called on Baganda to wake up and liberate their country Buganda. Without giving many details, the Rwandese talked in Luganda about the experiences of Rwandese refugees in Uganda and how they fought to take power in their country. He encouraged Baganda to wake up to the reality that their fight would even be much easier because they have many technology advantages, especially the internet and modern communications. He warned that Museveni only works on the basis of lying and betraying others. Without going into details, the Rwandese claimed that Museveni made do a lot things after making promises to them only to betray them.

The mysterious Rwandese told Robert Kabuye on Ekiba Kibe program that his name is Ntare which means a lion in Kinyarwanda. Ntare said that, while in Mr. Museveni’s NRA, he served in Lubiri, Katabi, Mbarara, Toro, the North, and other places.

Asked by Mr. Kabuye if Buganda can liberate herself since she is much bigger than Rwanda, Ntare replied in Luganda: “Abaganda muli bangi era mwesobola. Musomye, mulina sente, mulina abaana, mulina baakapu mu nsi yonna… Muve mu kutya.” (”You Baganda have a large population and are very capable. You are well educated, have money, have children, and have a based around the world… You must stop being cowards!”).
